Golden eggs
Making gold out of gravel is rare - but the free-range mountain hens at Nordigard Ramstad know the art. In our newly built chicken coop, 7,000 quality eggs with the yellowest plum to be found in Norwegian mountains are laid every day - and such raw materials are too good to waste: Eggs with small damage to the shell, are conjured up into magic Gudbrandsdalskaku without a single plum being wasted!
